[wp-docs] Codex authorization

A contributor of the local support forums contacted me today saying
that he wanted to translate an article in the Codex and couldn't
register.

I have browsed the recent posts in this mailing list and suggested him
to use his wp.org username, however it didn't work:
"There is no user by the name "alexpts". Check your spelling."

Is it possible for him to login somehow?
