[wp-docs] Singleton Glossary Term

Why not remove it from the glossary?

It's not a term you find in even infrequent use among the WordPress 
community. A correct definition might only confuse things just as much. 
Do we even have an example of the Singleton pattern in use in the WP 
framework?
