[wp-docs] codex drive / planning

Re : my post to this list a couple of days back, I'm trying to put
together a list of topics that need to be created / updated around
here. I haven't contributed much to the doc project in the last few
months, and want to spend some weekends doing so in the next few
weeks.

I've created a haphazard list, which anyone can edit, so please feel
free to add / delete topics. This is just an effort to get myself
motivated, but if it helps anyone else, please use it as well.

I also don't know if Carthik has any topics in particular he'd like us
to start off with. If so, please feel free to kill my list, and start
