[wp-docs] Firefox won't open FAQ link

If you go to this page: http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Advanced_Topics then
click on the Back to FAQ link you see the same problem.

Maybe something to do with the fact that the page name (FAQ) is in all
uppercase letters. Wonder if something changed with the settings in the
recent Codex move?

This works though:  http://codex.wordpress.org/Faq
