Nothing but the obvious. Good collaboration tool. History of edits. Free.
Wiki markup. Talk Pages. It's documented. Lots of people know how to use
it. It works.
Here's some 'wishes' I detailed when the blicki subject was broached in

the PHP5 bullet either) I like:
Emailing users lost passwords
E-mail on page changes
E-mail when user talk page is changed
E-mail from other users
Showing the diff during a current edit session
