It would suffice no more than object code would suffice as source code 
for a compiled executable.  It wouldn't, because you can't compile 
subsequent derivative works - the whole purpose of the GPL - from 
postscript.

Whatever source files are compiled to produce the postscript (Word, 
Quark, InDesign, Ventura) would be adequate.
