[wp-docs] plugins that load their own themes

The pros and cons of plugins built into Themes is being discussed on 
http://lists.automattic.com/mailman/listinfo/wp-hackers right now. I'd 
like to see that conversation and the concerns it poses play out so we 
don't:

1) Jump the gun and then have to pull back.
2) Put out information that could pose a security risk to users.
3) Make sure all the hooks and elements are settled in the core programming.
4) Push users into rushing to grab Alpha before it ripens. ;-)

The role of customization of Themes, Plugins and other accessories via 
WordPressMU is a very critical part of its growth and success. We need 
to tackle this, but I want to see what the developers come up with. Keep 
an eye on it or jump into the conversation.
