[wp-docs] plugins that load their own themes

I asked the wp-hackers list about this, as it seems
that themes can now add their own functions (plugins)
adding a functions.php file to the theme. I think this
is slated for 1.6, but I'm not sure if it'll come in
sooner. You can see the discussion about it here:

I was wondering if this has been added to the codex at
all, because if it hasn't I thought I could write
something up.
