[wp-docs] Bug submitted to Mediawiki for titles' case.

Hi all,

I know this bug where the link has to have the exact same title when
linking to another wiki page (or the link shows up in red as an "edit
page" link) has been bugging quite a few folks for quite some time,
and creating maintenance issue for me :)

So I filed a bug at mediawiki/wikimedia.
