[wp-docs] User Talk vs. Email

I remember that not so long ago, there was a link on the sidebar in
user pages to email the User. I used that to email MDAWaffe once.

The lack of that link should be compensated by the presence of the
wp-docs mailing list, where a larger audience will be able to answer
your questions.

If you need to email a real person, email me :) My address is on my User page.
