[wp-docs] Problem with linking Codex Pages

For now, I've replaced it with an external link to the Codex page.  I 
just can't get [[nofollow]] to work without it going directly to 
nofollow's edit page.  Anyone is welcome to try (and add to the new 
"Take the Offensive" section, BTW).
