[wp-docs] printed version?

I think you should go for it. Set a date, drag people in to help and go 
for it.

As has already been pointed out, the GPL is there. I have made noises in 
the past about not enough prominence for that, but hey we are here 
today. And what is the choice ? that we bicker about license this that 
and the other while someone from outside rolls up a deal ? Not what we want.

Also, we are going to need a damn good book to go with the damn good 
code, support, hackers and coders. Good books take refining and we can't 
refine the best book until we've done the first and we reflect on it.

Given the constant changing nature of WP, I think producing a book will 
be a challenge in itself, but in the end, do we do it - or someone else ?
