[wp-docs] Starting a Codex translation

Hi!
Can I just throw the following link into the discussion - I believe it 
_might_ be of relevance:

I requested there some time ago that links from within the admin screen 
ought to be changable via language files...

WP.de next to the original WP.org <http://wp.org/> footer...
