[wp-docs] Search Engines Grab Users

Lorelle,

Shouldn't you be just able to use META tags on the pages you don't
want indexed by search engines?

 <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX">

Doing it per-page is probably better than centrally excluding all user pages.
