... only level X (or equivalent rights) and above are allowed to post 
comments without being checked for spam. Maybe this should be a thing 
wordpress does by itself and not Akismet (or other anti-spam plugins). 
Akismet should then honor such a setting (like everything to moderation 
queue or everyone into moderation if it's the first comment) ...

Does that sound logical?
