[spam-stopper] lyceum

So...is that just a dealy written in to the script, or is that a 
central-server rule? What I'm trying to get at is this:
Does that test verify that the comment was submitted to the akismet 
servers, and returned as spam, or just verify that the akismet plugin 
script is installed and semi-functioning?
