It replaces wp-comments-post.php. This also means k2's comments-ajax.php
will need to be updated every time WP is updated, for example the script
is significantly different than how comments work in 1.6 already.

There is a set API for plugins to modify the comment workflow, if you're 
going to modify functionality you should use that, not duplicate the file.

There have been three "testing" comments from eudaimic at binarybonsai.com, 
each returned false (not marked as spam).
