[spam-stopper] Spam Managing

It's Chris' code, I have no idea what it does or does not do.

Regardless, I doubt that K2's comment code is the culprit in marking
me, the admin of the system, as a spammer.

Does ANYONE know where to start looking for a solution to this? Is
this all black magic? Why do anti-spam solutions always turn around
and bite me in the ass?
