The spam button should only be used for true spam. If you submit your 
friend's comments (or if you submit things accidentally) the system puts 
them in a queue for manual review, and if it's not true spam it won't 
get blacklisted. For people like that it's best to talk to them or add 
them to your personal site blacklist.
