[gravatar-polygots] Gravatar localization available on GlotPress

People from Automattic forgot to send this to this list so I'm doing it
instead. There is a new way to translate Gravatar.com (via GlotPress) and
old way became obsolete. Old translations are moved so you can continue to
update it with new strings only.
