#539: Strings should not be classed as fuzzy if placeholders don't match

 A plugin of mine altered a string from `Language Setting:` to `Language
Setting: %s`, and the new string is treated as a fuzzy match. The key
difference is that the latter contains a placeholder that's missing from
 the former.

If a string changes and no longer contains the same placeholders, it
shouldn't be treated as a fuzzy match.
