 The reason I suggested that Emoji should be a GlotPress locale is to offer
 an invitation to WordPress contributors who primarily do not speak a
 language other than English, primarily I'm hoping that this locale can be
 something that existing contributors whose only language is English is a
 fun and innovate way to get involved in i18n, i10n, GlotPress, Ployglots,
 or translate.wordpress.org.

 Yes Klingon already exists but is far from easily translated, let alone
 accurately, Emjoi offers an extremely creative way to get people involved
 in all aspects of what we do in a fun and innovative way and hopefully is
 a win-win for all projects and parties 😀
