 I understand that in the future things will change, but at the moment,
 these extra hooks resolve day to day issue for me now, instead of some
 indeterminate time in the future.

 As for the URL hook, processing EVERY url generated by GlotPress is a
 massive waste of CPU time in comparison to being able to get to the
 specific part I need.
