 On a clean checkout of `trunk` (r1060) and install against an empty
 database, the following is logged to the PHP error log:

 DB Error: Table 'glotpress_dev.gp_meta' doesn't exist, SELECT `meta_value`
 FROM `gp_meta` WHERE `object_type` = 'gp_option' AND `meta_key` = 'uri':
 require, require_once, gp_url_path, gp_url, gp_url_public_root,
 gp_url_base_root, gp_get_option, gp_get_option_from_db

 MAMP 3.3, PHP 5.6.10, MySQL 5.5.42
