 Yes, sure. Inactive projects should not be updated by changes in active
 projects. And also changes in inactive projects should not update active
 projects.

 BTW: WordPress 4.1.x (and older) are not active, but their subprojects
 (for example Administration) are marked as active?

 Cross project matching is a good idea, but it creates also some kind of
 mess for translators. For example "Name" can be used for many different
 meanings in our language. But in WordPress it is translated in one context
 and in many plugins (or themes) it can be used in different meaning. And
 that means that all themes and plugins have wrong translation now. And it
 is a big difference like "Name of living person" x "Name as title". So,
 how can I bulk remove all those wrongly added translations? :-(

 We also need some bulk edits for strings created by cross project matching
 (strings should also have their own status "cross-matched"), I guess...
