 [attachment:iso-codes.patch] updates some ISO codes, based on
 http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php and
 http://www-01.sil.org/iso639-3/iso-639-3.tab.
 The patch removes also lang_code_iso_639_3 if lang_code_iso_639_2 is the
 same. Seems to be the current rule. But maybe we should start to add
 lang_code_iso_639_3 too all locales even if it's equal to
 lang_code_iso_639_2?
