 Let's see how we can get this in. I do agree with Joost about not encoding
 it. Also not knowing how the sign looks like can be confusing.

 Let's simplify the filter 'gp_title_sitename' to only return the sitename
 and make it a function that people can use.

 Also the way we build up the title doesn't work since < has no context so
 the translator is clueless how it is use.
