 After discussion with Catia and Petya we do need to look more into it.
 There are reasons that it does make sense but they where never implemented
 due the fact that there isn't a global validator in GlotPress (it is on
 translate.wordpress.org for example).

 Also some code still need to be committed for glossary access in a child
 project(s).
