Comment:

 Moving to future release. It make sense to have it for individual
 translations. I don't see the use case to show it for all languages due
 the fact that it should be done by admin/project owner/in the plugin code.
 A validator could overuse it and then all other languages are effected
 too.

 I did write it down for the design/UX requirements.
