 Currently we are setting the property rtl inside GP_Locales but GP_Locale
 expect it to be text_direction. Curious which direction we should go.

 We could keep using rtl and rename text_direction or rename everything to
 text_direction. In both situation we could create a {{{__get()}}} method.
