 The link to edit the description on an exsiting glossary doesn't seem to
 be working.

 1. Go to a glossary URL
 http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp/dev/ja/default/glossary
 2. Click the "edit" link next to the "Glossary for PROJECT"
 title[[BR]][[Image(https://i.cloudup.com/h7B2hnRW1x-3000x3000.png)]]
 3. Link goes to a non-functional page like this: [[BR]]
