Comment:

 I would love to do this! It would also work well with
 profiles/actions/notifications:
 i.e.
 Your translation @ set has been approved by [user]
 Your translation @ set has been rejected by [user] for reasons - "typo at
 etc."

 Presumably this is going to require its own table due to the feedback
 message. I suggest we integrate this with 'notifications' that will hold
 feedback messages and then some.

 Thoughts?
