 That is new for me. For now I just let the string be 'Filter'. Will be
 talking about this with some UX people in a few weeks about how to name
 this. I think in the current situation the link is both. Search as in two
 input fields and Filter based on the radio buttons.

 Changing to search to me would also mean renaming the variables and class
 names. In your patch you didn't change the javascript code for example
 what was still using the variable translations-page.search from localize
 script
