 1. Add routing GP:/language for Locale listing
 Page content is support locale list using unordered list HTML tag.
 For example
  * aa -- Afar ( Link : GP:/language/aa )
  * ae -- Avestan ( Link : GP:/language/ae )
  * af -- Afrikaans ( Link : GP:/language/af )
  * ak -- Akan ( Link : GP:/language/ak )

 2. Add routing GP:/language/$locale_slug
 Page content is translation statics for $locale_slug of all registered
 projects.

 For example
 || Project || % || Translated || Untranslated || Waiting || Extra ||
 || Main || 1% || 1 || 99 || 0 || 0 || ||
 || Main / Sub || 100% || 100 || 0 || 0 || ||
