 I maybe wrong, but I think there's no way for me, the user, mark a string
 as "fuzzy".
 I think this option could be a button next to the "reject/approve" buttons
 where now is the "add translation" button.
 It shoul be a toggle button to fuzzy/unfuzzy a string.
