Comment:

 Several persons on our forum are complaining about this issue and mention
 that they stopped translation due to this issue.

 I also see it happening when adjusting translations when I work from
 bottom to top on a translation page. It looks like a jquery or row ID
 problem that it is updating to much.

 Was working on the translation for nl_NL yesterday and it happened a lot.
 Now I am downloading/uploading .po files (editing with poEdit) as the
 problem is annoying.
