 When creating accounts with an import process, default field visibility
 settings are not applied. Default visibility settings are only applied
 when a profile is manually edited and saved after being created.

 Expected Behavior: Default visibility rules for profile fields should be
 applied at the time of profile creation and not dependent on user
 interaction (editing/saving) before being applied.
