 The attached patch adds a `activity_get_specific` filter key to the
 `bp_activity_get_specific` args.

 It would be nice if the `bp_activity_get_specific` had an available filter
 key, before the activities items was returned.

 I am currently trying to set `spam=ham_only` with `include` in
 `bp_ajax_querystring`, but as far as I can tell, the plugin author doesn't
 have a way to set `spam=ham_only` when `include` parameter has been set.
 This patch would allow that.
