 I'm also using BuddyPress with Jetpack, and wp-admin is accessible for me.
 Sometimes there's an extra step to get logged in because of Jetpack
 Protect, but the process seems to work.

 @jdorner: Have you already tried deactivating all other plugins to be sure
 that BP + JP is the issue?
