 Thanks @hnla and @boonebgorges for your feedback. I'm attaching a new
 patch that leaves `bp_get_group_permalink()` unchanged and adds a new
 function as suggested: `bp_get_group_link()`.

 Is this a useful template function, or is this one of those things that is
 no big deal to build when you need it, so there's no need for a dedicated
 function? I'm OK either way.
