Comment:

 Let's consider if we want to do this still and if so, where would be best
 to add a UI for this. And where/how we are showing these in the templates
 nowadays.

 My initial feeling is that this feature ought to be removed; it's been
 convenient on occasion but I'm not sure that it's really good fit for
 BuddyPress generally.
