 Hi imath,

 Thanks for getting to this so quick!

 On your test drive site, I can confirm that the "Take Photo" tab now shows
 the correct message when a webcam is not attached.

 However, I am still encountering the "Select your file" problem.  I've
 attached a screenshot:

 I am also using the same version of Edge as you are.
