New description:

 Using Microsoft new Edge browser. Go to `Change Profile Photo` page and
 try to upload an image by clicking the `Select your file` button - nothing
 happens. The same for cover image.

 Drag-n-drop doesn't work as well. And `Take Photo` too, with broken logic,
 when it tries to access camera (if you click Capture) - and nothing from
 browser (no notifications etc).
