 When you open any forum topic like this
 https://buddypress.org/support/topic/is-it-possible-to-do-it-in-wp-bp/,
 you see `Subscribe` or `Unsubscribe` link in sidebar (ajaxified).

 When you click on it - the action fires properly, but the label of this
 link is changed in this way:
 ||= '''Changed From''' =||= '''Changed To''' =||
 || `Subscribe` || `| Unsubscribe` ||
 || `Unsubscribe` || `| Subscribe` ||

 Extra pipe char `|` is added.
