 already turned off all plugins, etc. to test the issue.

 I understand that you can't replicate it, which makes finding the problem
 difficult. However that does not mean there's not a problem. There's a lot
 of other people having the same issue. See this post:

 Wouldn't make a lot of sense to just close/ignore the problem, because you
 can't replicate it.
