 afterwards to ensure accents and the like will work well when used in the
 URL. Will do some testing and try and write some unit tests with accents
 as characters.

 Don't spend too much time on it. It could be introduced later if there was
 a need for it. If we don't have time to test with different character
 sets, we shouldn't let it hold up the feature.
