 Hi.
 Right now only the logged in user can fetch his/her hidden groups.
 Attached is the suggested patch so that also the user with bp_moderate
 capability can fetch them.

 The reason/logic behind the suggested patch is:
 If the user with bp_moderate capability is also allowed to fetch hidden
 groups of a user, we (or a plugin developer) can use it to add relevant
 metaboxes to the user extended profile in /wp-admin/network/users.php?page
 =bp-profile-edit, such as (All the user's groups, Groups in which the user
 is admin or moderator).  This would give the super admin a more complete
 view for the user's profile.
