 @imath Yep thought the 'wp_title' was simply fallback, it's the way it
 read to me so was a little surprised when the priority change affected my
 test case as at the moment this is simply testing for the newer title-tag
 functionality.

 '''no''' effect when testing on 4.1.1 :)

 The reverse was true though it '''''did''''' have an affect which
 surprised me so was planning on looking at just what WP does now, had to
 go out for a while so wanted to leave the note about filter priorities and
 Yoast.
