 I think it's time we update post-form.php. The markup is ok, the styling
 can be enhanced but the action placements are a development nightmare.
 Look at attached image. The same button hooked to the only actions
 available. I've seen plugins override this post form template so they can
 add buttons in locations that are where they should be. This should not be
 the case. We should plot a few use cases and make it easier to get custom
 buttons/links/options into this form that is really the most used UI in
 all of BP and I think its the worst.
