 Thanks for your comment, and you are completely right! I completely forgot
 plugins can add BuddyPress user nav items, so we can have more than 10
 items.

 Next patch will "paginate" BuddyPress nav items. If i understand well the
 "load more" in the customizer, it's triggered as soon as the reply is not
 an empty array. Just tested with 11 pages and it seems to be the case.
